Fluttershy needed to start wearing bigger clothing. After so many shifts at Ballers, certain urges and desires came over her at random points, most often when even doing light exercise. When they came on, nothing would stop the buffening. Her poor tops always broke open first, showing of his new, burly, thick pectorals in all their glory.
Although, for the himbo that Butterscotch is, perhaps ripping through his clothes and showing off his fine physique wasn’t such a bad thing. Even if he was shy for a stud, he didn't mind that much attention on his handsome bod.
