Well, I just found out that hags aren't pretty fairies with good intentions xb
I had to leave the D&D table for a while, so the DM decided the best course of action was for my eladrin to be tortured and experimented on by hags until I returned; it wouldn't be the first time they've used him as a lab rat XD


Basically, the hags wanted to create a new race of elves, and the experiment didn't work out, so they decided to abandon Faire in the middle of the street, where my party found me exhausted and paranoid.

Originally, the DM told me that the only thing that would change in Faire would be the eye color to pink, but that didn't seem like enough to me, so I decided to add a few more details.

Faire is a variant eladrin, which means he can change his hair and skin color depending on the season. The thing is, they'd already done an experiment that went horribly wrong (or good), and Faire's skin had turned a purple-blue, as if he were eternally in winter.
With this second experiment, they activated all of his variations at the same time, leaving that gray-white, with green and blue sparkles. He can't activate any of his variations at 100%.

As for the eyes, I was inspired by Jinx XD because that was the first thing that came to mind when the DM said pink eyes. My headcanon is that he's in pain from whatever they injected into his eyes, not much, just as an annoyance.

I also feel like it would make sense for them to get rid of the beard and cut some of his hair, just so it wouldn't get in the way, and that way I can create more contrast with how he looked before, although of course his mustache will eventually grow back XD
