His shoulder blades itched. Rolling his shoulders did nothing to stop it. Trying to reach it was futile too- every time he thought he had it, the itch jumped to the other blade. The more he itched, the more it bothered him, and as he thrashed Kejital could feel it in his spine.
“Just great.” He said exasperated with the fact his entire body was itchy, and rolling in the grass for about five minutes had done nothing to stop it. Getting up, he happened to notice his hand- was strangely discolored. Had he rolled on a yellow flower or something? As he tried to rub the spot to remove it, it felt bumpy and hard to the touch. It wasn’t rubbing off-It was spreading as he touched it.
Kejital groaned, this again. The scaly flesh raced around his arm, reaching his fingers and turning his nails to claws. As his left arm changed his right arm began to mirror it, growing scaly and yellowing. The itches on his body materialized into visible form, popping through his skin as feathers around his upper body area. As feathers covers his chest and neck, fur sprouted down his abdomen, covering his legs, and feet.
His feet elongated as they became covered in fur stretching his shoes. He kicked off one, but the other shoe burst when his foot grew through it. Claws formed at the end of every toe, with his big toe sliding up the side of his foot into a dewclaw. As his legs shifted to digitgrade position of a lion, his feet became deadly claws.
As fur, claws and scales grew throughout his body, the itches he’d experienced earlier began to stop. It came to a head in his face, which had only just been assaulted by the prickling sensation of feathers sprouting. His mouth went numb suddenly, and for fear of poking it with his claws, Kejital could only watch. His nose flattened and his nostrils slid down towards his mouth. His jaws-through great pain expanded from his face, his skin and teeth fusing to hard substance- a golden yellow beak. Coughing to clear his throat, he found he could still speak- and hollered for help.
That familiar twitch in his back reappeared, it briefly returned to his lower spine- until a tail popped out of his jeans, relieving the itch. Feathers nearly covered his top half, while his bottom half was almost completely under a fine pelt of golden fur. Then the area where his twitch began his shoulder blades- roared. Two powerful outward motions launched themselves from Kejital’s back. Two more limbs joined him, and quickly became covered in feathers. The wings bearing the tatters of his shirt quickly grew to support him.
As his body calmed down, Kejital flapped his wings, and surveyed his body. He’d always liked mythical creatures, but turning into them was always hard. Not just because he managed to shred another set of clothing and shoes-they were a casualty in every one of his changes. Primarily he was irked because he couldn’t usually find a place to enjoy it for long- it was easier to hide out as a regular animal in the woods, most people didn’t pay enough attention to a bear with jeans and a hoodie. A griffin is much more obvious. Turning back towards his house, he rolled his eyes, he was gunna have fun before he waited the change out. Tearing off the tattered shirt and socks that were stuck on him, he took off- heading for a relatively deserted mountain, he couldn’t stay long, but for the time being he’d be alone. Passing over a small lake Kejital smiled to himself, he looked cool.

Sorry for the lame story, I didn’t think of a trigger beforehand. The sketch’s from May, but I finished it last week, and colored it entirely on Monday

Yeah, I used to have four or Five "canon" forms for Kejital: Otter, Satyr, Kangaroo, Dragon and Centaur, eventually i kept trying different things, and some stopped getting remakes.
I'd tried a few times to remake this one, but usually got bored with it before completion. This time I almost did the same thing, until and had to force myself to finish it. Any way, thanks!
