Mister Foxy sees his friend "Rita Rosewell" the Grey Alien fueling up "Her" UFO at the local gas station. Rita is a character created by my good friend Scott Thomas who's created a world of cartoon characters who are just "Plain Folks." Rita works at the local Radio Shack, and likes to dress up in feminine attire, even though "Her" gender is never really apparent.
