Dancing in flames. It's better than dancing on a pole.
What makes it even better still is when your musical psychic-pokémorph boyfriend invites you up on stage and helps out a bit. This is actually probably when she auditioned... or during her first actual on-stage performance with the entire group.
Blue 'flames' are his addition - for effects (er, I don't remember what I was thinking, but I know I HAD a reason... it apparently went up in flames, har-har). And aside from singing, no idea what he's doing here (shoulda put lyrics in there, rather than 'DANCE!').
Hm. So, you all knew my fursona's a pyrokinetic, right? But, like X-Men's Pyro, she can't create the fire, only control it. When she's really into it, her pupils disappear like Storm's. Actually, now that I think about it, I must've come up with all this during the peak of my X-Men fascination... o.o
(I mean, none of this was INTENTIONAL, but apparently X-Men had infected my conscience, regardless.)
Technically, if I would have done the background properly, there'd have been, you know, candles and various stage flame throwers to explain where the fire came from... but I was too lazy (too sick of flames).
I'm not COMPLETELY happy with the colours here, for some reason - I may tweak them someday, or I may just leave it as it is. (At least I want to fix up her gloves.. the red part is supposed to be red/black striped, but I completely forgot and, as said, when I thought I was done with the image, I was SO sick of working on it.)
Oh, and I hate doing fire. HATE it. That was a tedious job. (I did every freaking flame and colour in the flames by hand - except for the blue ones... blue flames were actually ORIGINALLY my 'guide', which I was going to throw away when I was done, and I just changed the colour to blue, blurred them quite a bit, then lowered the opacity of the layer so that they didn't over-power the orange flames... even though it looks like they still did anyway.. blah.)
