Ice type rockjaw kherro evolution. Unlike common neptani, skadi neptani are rash in their actions. Their icy body allows them to skate on surfaces rather than run. Neptani are average 7' 2'' tall and 212.99 lbs.
Starting pack of moves:
- Gulfstream Howl: Skadi neptani calls out to the cold wind, dropping temperatures in the area. (-20% Fire and Normal type ATK and x1.2 PP cost)
- Gelos Perfora: Skadi neptani launches a piercing bolt. Low instant damage, lingering bleeding and x1.2 PP cost for 3 turns.
- Glacier Contact: Skadi neptani slaps the target with their tail. Target gets DIZZY and suffers a reduction in SPEED for 2 turns.
- Hailstorm: Skadi neptani summons a lingering hailstorm for 5 turns. Deals low damage to all pokémon and reduces all stats by 15%.
And a special move:
- Prevalent Permafrost: Skadi neptani makes ground into ice, greatly complicating mobility for all pokémon in the area except ice types. Contacting ground reduces efficiency of fire, grass, normal and water types. Ground moves such as Earthquake and Dig are disabled. Can be used only once a battle.
