Given with living in a world (and even the known galaxy) where super humans exist, thanks to the Auranans (Orianne’s species). People like Emil want to level the playing field. But the results ended up in failures, with either subject dying or becoming a mutant. However, super anthrofolks can and do exist, but it requires a loving superhuman man and loving anthro woman. But the chances of a super anthro baby is rare, but still possible.

Also… for context, humans began to appear on Earth and later found on Mars in Vaults (like the ones from Fallout. Minus the social experiments) since the 1990s. Basically the history of the setting is like ours but with only anthros until the 90s. But with some new additions that barely has an impact on world events.

Anyway… Emil is a mad scientist that sees everyone as expendable assets to his goals and disposable toys for his pleasure. As for his ancestry… in the words of the Fallout Storyteller (RIP Jason Damron): “That is a story for another day”
