So I love Tom Riddle/Lord Voldemort, as you will find. This is part of a little backstory scene from a now destroyed plotbunny when everybody's three favorite Dark wizards were younger. Much younger in some cases. I got the idea gods know how long ago while reading chibi/kid fics, Veela!Draco, Mendelov's expirements, and Half-Blood theory.

Basically, if Draco is Veela [in one of my fannons], where did he get it from? My mind refuses to make the Blacks anything more than magically evolving humans [at least before Sirius], which accounts for the seemingly high percentage of natural transformational magic in said famiy...]

Thus...Lucius. He's five in this pic and he and the other death eater kiddies [during the scene, not shown here] are being introduced to a new playmate by their "Uncle Mars" [Tom's...38]. Little Sev, hiding under Tom's cloak there, is three and sporting the lovely traits of one of his [fannon] fathers, a Fae-Cat be the names of Sargon, Samir, and Pantaleon. His wings get ripped off around nine, after his [fannon-]actual fathers die and Dumbledore forced him to live with his uncle (who got them killed), rather than his godfather (Tom). (It's around that time that he and Sirius, who were actually friends before that, being the only two in their immediate peer grouping of the same age, started the lovely relationship they carry into the cannon books.)

Sirius' comment in the story is priceless: "Uncle Mars~a, I did'n know you was~a humper-back." and then "Aww..he'th cute!"

Yes. It was.
