This is Bonechewer, from Ratha's Creature, staring at something that made him gape in astonishment and horror. The Named are related to sabertooth cats, and these characteristics show up more in the males. Hence, when Boney drops his jaw, he really drops it. Most cats can't gape more than 80 degrees, but with his nimravid sabertooth jaw structure, he can go more than 90. If you want to know what he's seeing, let me know and I'll post it.
