The amount of times I have to pause while looking comically at the floor with my eyebrows raised, before finally making a workable sentence is fairly high.

I am slow to process words sometimes, a lot of people are always like: "Hello?" "Did you hear me?" and I am like: "YES THE RAM IS PROCESSING A REPLY."
