One of my favourite Godzilla Movies - just for the sheer craziness - is "Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla" from 1974 (also known here in Germany as....King Kong vs Godzilla ...yes, they called Mechagodzilla "KING KONG" for marketing reason and even re-named in within the move XD). And of course the Design of Mechagodzilla is just perfect - the right mix between mechanical being and a monster. The movie also features one of my favourite songs in the Godzilla Franchise - the "King Ceasar" song.
