There's a professional photoshoot at pretty much every con, so you'll certainly get your chance. You certainly should - get a group pic with friends perhaps. It's quite fun, and it's a great momento from your trip.

Well, it was the color that attracted me to it in the first place. I really like it, although my mom's reaction to seeing the orange and cream combo was "That's horrible!"
