He grinned, and I rolled my eyes before facing the opponent before us.

"Well, at least you'll be playing the good guy for once." I chuckled a little. "Hope your time in jail taught you to do the right thing for once."

"I hope you mean being happy to protect someone? Because I sure look forward to protecting you from... Well... Me, I guess. Heh." Leo chuckled as he stared at his doppelganger. "Let's send this sham back to Kuro- I mean... That slime demon. He'll probably want his essence back~"

I rolled my eyes again.

"I don't need your protection, Leo... But I do appreciate you not using that thing's name anymore. Let's get rid of him before anyone else gets involved."

Yeah, I've been meaning to get something with Leo for a while now.
Not going to say he's a changed man, but after his time in jail (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/46558836/) most of the anger and resentment he had inside him had faded, so he's a more tolerable and dare-I-say: good person.

And funny thing, these two know nothing about their swords aside from one is light and one is dark. They have no idea that they're polar opposites and meant to destroy each other.

They do know however that they always feel a bit stronger then they're together.
