The family consists of Sofia, the mother, Marck, the father, Axel, the oldest son, and Amelia, the youngest daughter.

Sofia and Marck are originally from Mexico. When they got married, they moved to Australia and had their children, Axel and Amelia, but moved again when Sofia got a promotion at work, relocating to the city where Bluey and her family live.

Sofia: She is a cheerful, loving, and strict mother if you make her angry. She hates cheaters and is always ready to give her children advice or comfort them. She works in a restaurant as a head chef but also does the work of a sous-chef (the reason being that no sous-chef has lasted more than two days). This keeps her under constant stress. To relieve that stress, she treats her by eating something. That's why she has gained some weight. However, she enjoys her job and loves her family very much.

Marck: He is a calm, kind, and patient father. He sometimes gets very serious when he gets angry or when the situation warrants it. He tries to support his children as much as possible. He used to be a soldier, but an injury to his right leg forced him to leave the army, which is why he limps slightly (it's not noticeable at first glance, but if you look closely, you'll notice how he limps). He currently works as a security guard at a shopping center (being a guard is very boring for Marck). Since childhood, he has the bad habit of looking for something to eat when he's bored or has nothing to do, and although that habit was controlled thanks to his parents and the army, it seems to have returned, causing him to gain some weight.

Axel: He is the eldest son in the family, a shy and loyal boy, always trying to help others, studying to become a great doctor, his hobby is woodworking (making figures, toys, furniture, etc.). He has tried to get his parents to go on a diet, but all his attempts have failed, but at least he managed to get his parents to follow an exercise routine.

Amelia: She is the youngest daughter in the family, a very energetic, restless, and tough girl. She loves sports (all sports). Her favorites are cricket and soccer. She has two very special objects for herself: the first is a stuffed kangaroo with boxing gloves, which she was given when she was a baby, and the second is her lucky yellow cap, which she got at a fair when she visited her grandparents. She always stands up for other children, which sometimes gets her into trouble. She doesn't like being mistaken for a boy and helps her brother get their parents to follow his exercise routine completely.
