Looking for an artist to clean this idea up

So, I have this logo idea sketch thingy here for Hipster Hufflepuff (You've probably never heard of it) and I want it to be much cleaner than this nasty sketch. That's a bit beyond what I can do. So I'm looking for someone who can help me get a clean version of this logo worked out. Something nice and presentable to represent the group this comes from. And unless someone sees this as a work of love, I'm looking for someone to commission for it. Anyone out there have any suggestions?

Ffff, I thought I made Hipster Hufflepuff up. ;) Myself and several of my friends are Hufflepuffs and I always say we're really just hipsters in disguise.
