Not all dragons have wings, Near. And not all fly neither.

And some dragons fly without wings and the twins do look like Eastern Dragons so would not say for sure it is off the table.

Haha, Near's excitement about finding out her new boyfriend is a dragon and having otherwordly abilities, which led to her asking if he has wings reminded me of Spider Man: Homecoming when Peter Parker's best friend in that movie, Ned, found out that his best friend is Spider Man and became really excited, then spent the whole following day asking him questions like if he can spit venom!

Ngl the venom spit would have been very cool.

That's the biggest reason I stopped watching the Spiderman movies. Why have a secret identity and wear a mask if you're going to let everyone know who you are?

Actually, Ned found out by accident. Spider Man entered his room through the window very carefully watching the open door, crawling in the ceiling, taking care so Aunt May doesn't see him in the Spider Man suit. After he closed the door, he turned around only to see Ned sitting on his bed with an amazed look on his face, having just witnessed his best friend crawling in the ceiling with the Spider Man suit!

I guess I worded my response improperly. I should have said, if everyone's going to find out who you are. In the comics, if I recall correctly only three people ever learned who Spiderman was: The Green Goblin (Norman Osborne), Harry Osborne (who replaced his father as the Green Goblin), and I believe the third was the Hobgoblin (although I could be wrong on the character) who was Harry Osborne's psychiatrist.

After looking up the Spiderman villains, I learned that the Vulture also learned Spiderman's secret identity. That was something I didn't about. But, I guess what I was trying to say is that in every movie I've watched one person learned Peter Parker's secret and that got a little ridiculous to me and in the Doctor Octopus movie of the original trilogy, a whole subway car full of people learned his identity. Oh, well. That's Hollywood for you.

I also absolutely LOVE Kai's face in the last panel! Not sure if he's annoyed by Near's question or perhaps he actually wishes he had wings.

First of all: Thank you so much for showing me where I find those! I've actually been wanting to see the Twin Dragons all grown up in official art by their creator for a while now and had no idea that he already did art of that!
Second of all: Why would I ever shout at you or Kai if it ever happens that he decides to make their canon adult designs different from the ones in those artworks you have shown me the links to? I mean, I'm aware that there are people who would do that, but rest assured that I'm not one of them, ok?

From what I remember of the extra information we’ve gotten about this world, hybrids like that usually just have vestigial wings. The Hamilton siblings, for example (Nate’s bat hybrid cousins) have flaps of skin on their arms like real bats, but much smaller. So they can’t fly.

O they aren’t tiny, they’re huge because it takes a lot of surface area to generate lift for a body that size. They’re just tucked up tight
