Gift I did for :Lokidottir on DA with my old gijinka Tech the Porygon z and her Mewoface the Persian. This pic was also to prove to myself that I could art on tegaki better than 2 years ago when I had last been on, previous submission not included.
They were both in the tegaki group PGMD and according to their rules Tech technically hasn't evolved to this form but I have a story about his evolution and I don;t have time to rejoin anyway so it doesn't matter. He is free from PGMD rules!
But yes, his final evolution gave him a bit more in the emotion section. After giving him a temporary mental seizure and going crazy from the corrupted upgrade that is. But he's better now.
