I made this on magma.com alongside a friend, he helped do the coin texture. I did everything else.
This is a concept for a draconic throne mounted directly on top of his hoard. I thought the sketch style for the dragon seemed interesting, so I didn't want to paint it in. The object beneath the throne is supposed to be a carved boulder.
Did you ever look at normal throne chairs and think, "this couldn't ever fit a dragon"? "This looks uncomfortable and rigid, and I don't see a dragon sitting here for an extended period of time". I did and this is the result of that. Now he (I? *winks.*) can relax on a suitable throne and admire his impressive hoard from an elevated point of vantage at the same time. And maybe be admired too.
