Cel is a green, furred wyvern with many special abilities! Her most notable one is the ability to transform between Anthropomorphic and Wyvern forms at will. Not only can she do so, but she can selectively alter parts of herself along that 'spectrum', allowing her a 'middle' form where she can have some anthro features alongside some wyvern features. She usually stays anthropomorphic, but is known to 'revert' to wyvern-form during periods of stress.
