Just a sketch I did of Ly'al using his wing-tentacles on someone. Is he angry? Or is he just being cautious? Maybe he's stopping an old lady with horrible eyesight from stepping into fast flowing traffic. The world may never know!... Or may it?
I don't usually do this, but srsly, y'all, I could use some critique on this. I'm practically begging for it on this one, as it could affect future submissions. I don't care if you're a musician, writer, watcher, art whore, whatever, but I need some serious feedback on this.
Thanks!

I would say work on where the tentacles come out from. As well I say work on hair, and yes I know you said you hate putting hair on furries, as well you have become better with drawing hands. The face is really well done with good detail. I love the snarl face. I like the detail in the pants to what should look like his legs but on the crotch region it does look like a bikini. I hope you have a sketch book to transfer this, and work on coloring. Also I love his tail. Of course more practice and you can make a wonderful comic series.
I hope I helped.

Yeah, but because it is a sketch I left several things open to change, hence the poor hairstyle. If I do go on with possible ideas, I know I'll use this particular pose, but I agree that I'll have to overhaul this quite a bit.
And now that you mention it, yes the area where the pants cross over is just a bit too tight, and I've figured out how to fix that in future pieces.
Thanks for the review!
