Perspective is hard to do. You seem to have the lighting with brighter parts of the image facing the sun Ok, but need to practice the depth of the highlights more. Think of the shape of the highlighted object. The smoother and curvier parts will be broader bright spots and the sharper parts brighter and smaller points of light. Water will be pools, puddles and on wave edges. Rocks and pointy things will be thin bright lines and gleams of white rays on sharp edges. Nice water dragon, too :)
