
Despite the fact that I've been going to the gym for 5 years, only in the last month I was able to do my first independent pull-up. the funny thing is that all this time I did pull-ups with a rubber band quite rarely and always hated this exercise. And now it's one of my favorite things in the gym. Also, I began to put a high-quality emphasis on strength, and progress was not long in coming, as a result - I can already do push-ups with a additional weight of 7.5 kg woohoo

It's such a tedious process to get your body to do its first clean pull-up, but since you now are able to - you should more easily gain the necessary muscles. You can do the full range of motion and your muscles work in cohesion to do so. You got this :)
