^u^ this gorgeous creation is a Lovebot. :3 Lovebots, a creation of Venn, are robots designed for companionship. As such, they NEED a partner, but also cant comprehend breakups.

:3 i am a copyright abolitionist at heart, and have no desire to restrict use of my own characters.
THAT SAID, Lovebots as a species belong to Venn and it should be consulted if you wish to use its species in your work.
furthermore, use of Abbey should be done with proper credit to the artist who made her, as requested by Venn itself. (and frankly any character owned by me but made by others should also be credited properly, tis only fair.)
:3 i just wanna thank Venn for accepting our request, having pride themed robots to celebrate the month is lovely, doing it for free is awesome, giving the rights to each character to the requester is AMAZING, but most of all-
its willingness to represent kink pride as well, in this case AB/DL, is VERY based and appreciated.
frankly, a kink thats basically just "The Pink Isle of Bondage Play" is hated FAR too much for what it is.
:3 so here's to the community. Abbey (who i JUST realized is named for the AB in AB/DL, and we LOVE that!) is a huge fan of diapers, even if she cant "use" them in the traditional sense. but hey! we have the Water and Oatmeal tricks for that.
Abbey is pan/bi, poly, generally T4T, LOVES neurodivergence, and is extra EXTRA cuddly. (you are more than welcome to feature them in either SFW or NSFW works.)
:3 we had the option for gender and pronouns, so we went with Transfem she/they.
reason being, there's a common correlation between Autism, Trans, and AB/DL, so making her trans fits that, and she/they offers some ambiguity for a little extra inclusivity.
we also think Autism/ADHD coding suits her well, so go for it!
:3 any/all/none genitals, they a robot, so she can have whatever suits the work.

They're really cute! I love her. I can say from personal experience that being trans and autistic is a wombo-combo of learning to love ourselves in a world poised against us, but it's the most wonderful thing.

you know how american toy sections in stores are sectioned off into blue and pink? one side has transformers and one has barbies?
gender essentialism aside, its an apt description for diaperplay and ageplay
one side has collars, whips, straightjackets, and doggy tags with words like sl** on them.
and the other has mittens to disable your hands, bootsies with plastic stubs that make walking ouchie so ya gotta crawl, high chairs with restraints, humiliating onesies, and all manner of power dynamics.
abdl and bdsm are closely related siblings. bdsm punishment could mean eating from a doggy dish, abdl punishment could be having you eat ketchup spaghetti, BOTH could be spanking.
there's a lot of overlap, its just the themes that differ. abdl may be more cuddle centric, bdsm could be more spicy, BOTH can be the other way around.
calling it the Pink Isle shows how similar and close they are, just differently themed. does that make sense?
