Doggo's Obesity Propaganda
CRIMINAL CASE FILE - OFFENSE #5
OFFENDER - (Last Name Unknown), Doggo.
Claims he is unable to perceive moving beings.
Multiple offenses in records.

CRIMINAL CHARGES - Breaking and Entering (Mr. Dreemurr Residence), Illegal Contraband (Human Food), Forceful Feeding
ARREST - Found w/ remains of banned food items, stuffing some into the mouth of Mr. Dreemurr. Was carrying lockpicks, correlated with the busted front door lock. Was spouting nonsense upon arrest, vowing he'd "Get us all to see one day this is for the best."
AFTERMATH - Mr. Dreemurr was in a food coma, but upon recovery, helped verify the above charges. Did not mention his ludicrous weight gain, no further action will be taken with him on the matter.
SENTENCE - 6 Months Jailtime.
[Undyne Note: Keep the cell key FAR away from the cell!!! It somehow keeps SLIPPING into the lock and freeing the prisoners!?]
[Napstablook Note: .... oh..... we should probably... get more jail cells, right...? If, um.... Doggo convinces other prisoners to... gain... I don't know if they'd all fit... but oh no..... I know our budget... oh well......]
CONCLUSION - Doggo is aiming to fatten up every monster in town, through any means necessary now it seems. This is a step-up from his last arrests, where he was found tampering with food and drink related devices, or solely importing contraband. Is he getting desperate? Regardless, our best working theory is that he's attempting to fatten up everyone in town to be able to see folks constantly... as absurd as that sounds, large amounts of body weight do tend to wobble and move constantly... Whether he has other alterior reasons for supposedly improving his perception is yet to be learned, as he isn't cooperating fully with talking.
Reminder to remind interrogators to constantly move, Doggo seems to get distracted at them disappearing and reappearing constantly...
