Because he didn't remember who or what he was till Crimea killed him in the original timeline. So a different personality took over. It's not surprising that someone that big, physically fit, and well endowed would be an arrogant narcissistic asshole.

He's no god, but a higher being of sorts. He was trapped in a human body with no memory of what he is until Crimea killed him in the original timeline. And he sent her soul back in time to fuse with her younger self to change history.

So the temporal being remembered its self, but why help her or was she the key to freeing itself from that hell like a “butterfly effect “ in one time line he dead and sent her back to complete timeline B we’re he gets free of the flesh prison it was trapped in.

Crimea freed him by killing the human body he was trapped in during the original timeline. And he repaid her by sending her soul back in time to fuse with her younger self. Kevin also fused with his younger self to remember who he is. But the reason his eyes look so empty is because that body is basically dead now, and he's sort of a zombie at the moment.

More like a degrading vessel. Either way the comic never explains what happens to his body. I'd originally planned for his body to be found in a ditch. But that never made it into the final story.
