Stick & Satoshi accidentally knock out Kenji leading to Kenji being unconscious and being asleep for the entire day and night so the two are forced to pretend he's awake and partying along at his house, and of course Kenji isn't aware of what's happening being in a long sleep that he doesn't wake up until after the party wondering what happened, as his brother and nephew had to cover for him.
