yeah i know >w< this is my real first attempt at doing some coloring and shading. any advice?

the key to shading is to make it pop out. Every part of the body has a shaded area. (you don't shad when there extreamly close to a light sorce though, but rather highlight.)

A good example are the leges on this dragon, they need shading as well and severtal other places.

basicly you shaded it as a whole object rather then in seprate areas

nods, one other thing, this is something small i learned a little later on. Both sides of an object get shaded, however the side closest to the imaginary light source is small, almost barely noticable. thats what i do in my shading

i'll be sure to use this advice in my next colored pic. i'm really starting to get the hang of it now i just need some advice for the actual coloring since i'm not too used to digital colorings.
