The second of the seasonal outfits. The whole theming was inspired by Kirby Super Star. In that game four of the treasures are hearts that are each based on a single season. I've always loved that aesthetic, and originally wanted to design this outfit around the silver wintertime heart, but found that blue was a better fit in bringing the rest of the seasonal colors together.

To keep warm, Cecilia would have to cover up the parts of her body that vent heat. That means hats around her big ears and pants that had a whole sleeve to put her furless tail in.
