Of course, she is the least criminal of the group. She has NO NEED. She can literally make money legally and in profitable and beneficial ways. The only reason I can see someone like her being in a villain's group is simply to be safe from villains in general. Being a hero would get her attacked by villains. Being neutral would get her attacked by Villains. Being a villain, the villains don't attack her, probably ask her for loans and such. As long as she "keeps her nose clean", the heroes probably don't do more than give her the stink eye. Anymore than that, she has the means for a very powerful legal response.

This is a cool design, using a elephant with earth powers. Even her surname is Gaia, haha!

I'm curious about the ultimate goal of this organization.
