I'd offer to play it with you but that's kinda creepery... Also to be fair, while the art is good and the story is complex, the game play (battle) mechanics haven't kept up with modern trends.
Basically I'm one of those people in MMOs who wait for their friends to decide what we're doing by running circles around everything jumping off of things and generally being a nuisance....
IE... Being a child.
If you do play, you should totes play a lalafel, they are shooooooort...

Miqo'tes are fun and cute, but I can't make them as short as I want to be.
(it's apparently a localization thing, it's not the only game that does it. You can either have a short character that is anatomically distinct in a way that makes them not look child like, or you can have anatomy that isn't potatolike, but you can't have both. Phantasy star online, ffxiv, and a few others I'm aware of have the height slider able to go much lower in other countries but US they restrict how low it goes. Don't know if you notice but the number of games over the last 10 or so years that will allow you to play a child character in any kind of action scenario is pretty low, no one talks about the rule but there clearly IS a rule. The only high budget game that comes to mind is Grounded, which, if you ever get a better rig, I do definitely suggest playing if you were once a fan of honey I shrunk the kids, warframe also has player character kids... but that's Canadian and it isn't how it launched

I'm actually with you on the belief there is an unspoken rule about not allowing kid characters o rkid looking characters for games that let you create a character. There are probably a quite of good reasons for it. but still, it would be cool on some games to make a shorty.
