Recovering SAN..._______________________________________________________________________Everyone has their safe space, their sanctuary or meditative spot you can retreat to when the stress of reality bares down on you just a bit too much- I'm sure I'd be right in this instance for most people, at least.
For Abber, it's the addicting comfort of lying in a makeshift nest of pillows and blankets, the sounds and coolness of rain gently pitter-pattering on the outside deck and grass, offset by the warmth of the fireplace and its gentle crackling nearby- with Shard under, beside, or atop him to top it all off. One could say it would be the same case for Shard with Abber as their cuddle buddy instead, the positive feedback loop quite a bit of evidence towards such, but really, who knows.
Whether it be let out through the form of tears, composure, or community, it's always okay, regardless._______________________________________________________________________
