I don't usually like to revisit settings and OCs so soon after I already posted something of them, but this just felt really good to me and I had to get it off my brain and put it down somewhere. I don't want to focus too much on one set of OCs, otherwise it'll probably get stale, but hey, I've dedicated myself to following my muse where it takes me.

There's less of a focus on the cyberpunk aspect of this universe, mostly because there's not really a place I could fit it in without taking a crowbar to this thing. So it's kinda just a grungy big city in this city. Whoops.

This was originally titled "The Best Ever Alt Rock Band in New Sierra", in reference to the Mountain Goats song "The Best Ever Death Metal Band in Denton", but  Polis2 came up with "Closing Time" and I just had to go with that because it's simply the superior title, so credit to him on that.
