While Cindi is more of a fitness instructor, she does help out with martial arts and self defense classes. She's no Bruce Lee, but nobody in the gym male or female has any desire to be on the receiving end of one of her kicks!

Not a professional, she just helps out with classes at the gym she works out. She's pretty good and has a lot of power behind her, but she'd be out of her depth against a REAL pro.

Well, just between you and me (and anyone else reading this), I actually like strong women. I mean, don't go super crazy with muscles on 'em, or completely dom, but...power is sexy. And some muscular tone can be attractive, too. Also, kickboxing is great. I trained in kickboxing for a few years, in addition to grappling, and I find the martial style to be fun and functional.

Competence is attractive, to be highly competent is to be highly attractive. Physical power and finesse is just another form of competence, so yeah, it is definitely attractive. :)
