Found this in a box in my basement...
It's Mattel's "Scrappy Says" See 'n' Say toy...complete with 10 unique phrases!

I've also been meaning to record the sounds of this one, but I'm not sure when I'll do that.
If you know anything about these toys, you may have noticed that this one's a bit of a hackjob. I gave it the 1989 design with the overall mold, but the spinner is not an arrow like all 1989 models have. If this was historically accurate, I would've made an arrow spinner, or I would've changed the body to have the older design with the pull string, but I liked the idea of mashing the two designs together in order to create this...
