Back in high school, all the men were required to get up and down the board, peg by peg. If you didn't hack it, you were a wussy. People were fit and few were out of shape.
Now, do we require high schoolers to even hang on to the lowest notches? No!
How many teenage boys today can even do a pullup?
And remember, treat your body as a temple. Clean it. Maintain it. It is a dwelling of the Holy Spirit. Treat God with respect by treating yourself with respect.
