As with footwork, people often undermine the significance of core strength in a boxing match. I make no such mistakes.

You just reminded me to get a pic like this for Kenny or Tali. Or even Sheelahi. Punching bag sit ups are so hot. The paw shot here is impeccable too
And to answer your question yes it is possible to do situps like this hanging from a punching bag. It just requires ALOT of upper body strength.
