Bio: Vai is the best chu’ shi in the land. She is famous for her blood dumplings made from her rare blood collection, the greatest collection of all the Chinese chefs she also an adopted cousin of vanna

End/ Backstory: Vai grew up working in village kitchens and markets , learning from all the Chu’shi’s in her village . As she grew older her cooking knowledge and love of rare bloods grew also. Now she has all but perfected the art of blood dumplings
