On flag day I checked out to a No Kings protest near my area and put on my bi pride shirt while I was out an about. I wish I could say I did more than just walk around for a bit and have my heart pounding, but it was really nice to see all the different signs, the people, and the surprising amount of cheering and positive honking people were doing as they went by. A small bit of positivity in a world filled with hate, and something I really needed to see.
Anyway, since it was flag day I was inspired to sort of take it back a lot like the idea of protests, and draw myself holding some flags. This is a No Kings flag, but I also made one for pride too (bisexual flag).

Looks like you both know now, but yes it was a massive event to turn attention away from the Flag Day military parade which absolutely exploded in event count and participants. I believe it might now be the largest protest totals in all recorded US history now. Basically our leader is a disgusting authoritarian (he's hardly the only problem, but he's a huge rallying point) and people gathered in thousands of places across the country to make it clear many of us do not stand with the regime.
