This is pretty accurate to box car races I've seen at US festivals. The "Obviously just a factory made wheelbarrow/wagon," The "Just a Car with theme painted on it," and "Actually followed the assignment, theme, and nailed it."

Awww she did do stuff, without here the decorative side of the challenge would have failed as the container part would look bright red and there would be no cute bunting as thered be no paper to make it. So whilst she didnt construct the buggy she did create the design and make the aestetics possible. Whether thats enough to deserve a win though...
