Okay, so this is Seafoam another one of my OC's, though I haven't drawn him much, or like, at all. Except this one aaaaaaa.
So his story revolves around him being Adopted into a Family of Dragons who live in the Abyss. How did he get there? Well, his real mom uhh, jumped off a bridge along with him hoping they would meet a quick end, she did but not the puppy. A young dragon nursed him back to health by using their unique magic to allow him to breathe underwater, they had some assumptions on the dogs that lived in that city so they never returned him, instead, he was adopted into their family where the Magic would flow through his body as if it was his own blood, and allowed him to use Bubbled-Starry Wings made of Water to explore the depths of the Abyss that his family guards as they were one of the Bastions that prevent the Abyss from passing safer waters.
