⚫Bobcat villain known as "The Toonatic"

His hammer makes whatever it hits more elastic and flexible, and he uses this to whack the doors of bank vaults, then easily bend them out of the way. Or if he's cornered, he can hit the ground below him, and bounce off of solid concrete like it's a trampoline! There are other things he can do but we have yet to figure them all out. 🤔
