Krillys-formally Krillys Silverstream after joining the studios-is a gal whom serves a number of roles in the Silverstream Studios beyond just occasionally joining her boss in a 'show.' When not serving as one of the more popular 'exotic lifeguards' for the south shore of the Weatherkat Boardwalk, she's usually helping as Silverstream Studio's oncall lifeguard or part-time actress. If not that-especially in the long winter months as Huailina recedes from its star-she often tinkers as is one of her fondest pass times.

Krillys will willingly confirm that she's an eager participant in the Modding Cultures, having significantly altered herself in a number of ways. According to her own records, she started out as a caniditae, before first adding a great deal of ottery modifications to herself over the years. Much of this was to help her do her job better, along with enjoying the various benefits of being a little more lithe and flexible. Denser, seaproof fur; a layer of blubber to help insulate her in the colder months that she can burn back off as spring comes around; a rudderbuht, and the webbed paws that go with it; and those rather fetching arcs of crimson which often get her mystaken for someone... wyrder. She's not sure where her eyes came from-if they came with her from the start or if they are something she did from before her memoryspan. But, what is often less easily noticeable when she choses to leave them off are her nanmods. She could be considered a 'flicker'-someone modding themselves for cosmetic purposes using synthetic techniques. On the other paw, those mods are actually very useful for her work. Her pawpads can all light up using organo-LEDs she can mentally control, allowing her to act as her own rescue beacon should she and her rescuee get dragged out to sea with full RGB control over the color. Beyond that, she also has modified her... bountiful bosum, trading out their traditional functionality to get modded with something that allows her to store excess energy in them to build up reserves she can tap off at any time to allow her to endure far longer than someone otherwise could manage. Just a few, among others she coyly teases that she may have.

She's a rather gregarious individual, having accepted that she is an 'old soul'-someone who appears to have been around for longer than she could possibly ever remember. Krillys might not have a story to tell, but she's always willing to listen... and get involved in outrageous shenanigans. That is how she ended up getting roped into Pina's little semi-anarchic media collective. Just got picked up by her former coworker and whoop she goes~ Usually gross stupidity that puts the health of others is the only real way to get her angry, but you can find dark corners of her personality that leave even her surprised under the wrong stimuli. Maybe that's why she tinkers so much. It soothes her. Much of her private space is just a giant workshop full of things she's picked up over the years, a literal otter-den full of goodies that she slinks into a hammock to sleep in; especially during the winter months when she's as snug as slinky in a pipe.

This piece is an updated ref for one of the oldest characters I officially owned done for me as a patreon reward by  flippin-rad . Currently this month he was taking commissions for cards for the game of Snack Attack (as developed by himself and  craddock), but with the end of the month I don't believe the commissions for it are open. Krillys is actually changed very little from her original form, other than to clarify how she ended up being mentally and roleplay portrayed as a sort of sea-wolf incorporating a great deal of ottery features and incorporating actual clothes for her. Her nekkid alt will be up shortly after this to let you see her fur coat in all it's punky glory. She has been adapted somewhat, incorporating some of the lore of The Iron Stars and giving her a place in the setting, along with showing a very light form of being modified-in setting she certainly didn't start off with those rather fetching arcs, those glowing beacon-beans, and being quite so otter-wolfy. This weekend, the completed first volume of worldbuilding will be posted to The Iron Stars patreon for six months exclusivity in case you want to learn more about the world in which they all live, with the first specialist volume beginning final production atm.
