A Biker Rhinoceros, ex member of a Gang who used to Hunt and Devour Felines, fusioning those Cats to them.
Thankfully their group got divided because they had different opinions about cats, some of them want to devour cats other wanted to "mix blood" with them.
He's currently an assasin, commissioned by an unknown Contact, this contacts always sends him and pays him to devour cats... strange...
I mean, strange for that contact, does he hate cats?
