Left ear shows the print using default tree support settings. I could not remove them with pliers lol.
The right side shows the supports after the ear has been taken of using grid supports. The settings on Orca Slicer I used:
Top Z Distance = Layer Height
Interface Layers = 3
Top Interface spacing = 1.0mm
(I have a 0.6mm nozzle putting down 0.36mm thick layers with 0.72mm line width for quicker test prints)
These settings work great for petg as well.
(Oh, I use scraps for testing adhesives, that's why there's like an odd piece of tpu below support scraps XD)
