This has been sitting on my hard drive for... weeks, idk. I wasn't even going to finish it, but I wanted some excuse to play with and color the costumes. It's the last of my "LOL STANDIN' AROUND" pictures for a while, though, I promise future submissions will be more dynamically interesting than just character design :p
