Referencing this, I did not pass this time.
These actuarial exams are the bane of my existence. I understand that they must only accept the best candidates to pass, else their certs are meaningless, but on the other hand I'm a professional who works full time hours, studies for several months/hundreds of hours per attempt for these exams twice a year, and they look at us and say less than half who took it are good enough to pass? Sometimes 2/3rd or more? Was the exam more difficult this time, was I a bad candidate, did i study wrong? These questions will be left unanswered. Thank you for attending my TED Talk.
