Remy and his class were back at the Jolly Roger Water Park.

It was the last day of school, and they couldn't be more excited.

Remy waited on line to get his inner tube. Then he and his class headed straight to the Wave Pool, where they had a wild ride.

They learned there were new attractions added to the park. One was the Lily Pad Pool, where you could cross the pool on inflated logs. Above their heads were rope webs they could use to climb over.

Remy turned to Kyle. "What do you think?" he asked.

Kyle shook his head. "I don't know, it looks a little juvenile to me."

"Come on, Kyle. I'll bet you couldn't climb across."

"Kyle smiled. "You think so? Are you challenging me, Remy?"

Remy shrugged. "Maybe."

Kyle thought for a moment. "Okay, sure. But you have to cross with me. Whoever falls in has to buy drinks."

"The usual?" asked Remy. "Okay, you're on."

Remy and Kyle shook hands and got in line.

Kyle jumped up and grabbed the rope. He slowly made his way across the pool.

Remy soon followed. He grabbed onto the rope and swung his way across. He tried not to touch the pads.

Kyle reached the end and dropped down.

"Ha!" he said. "That wasn't too bad at all."

He turned to see Remy, who was more than halfway there.

However, before he could make it, he fell into the water with a big splash.
He swam to the end.

Kyle laughed. "You okay? What happened?"

Remy sighed. "My hand slipped. I was so close."

"Yeah, you were. "Oh, well."

Remy pulled himself up. "Drinks are on me," he said.

Kyle threw an arm around him. "Don't worry about it."
