Being the son of the water archdragon Fallan is often thought of and nicknamed a prince. While he has no sight on the actual throne (to my limited understanding of Tarot) the emporer card still fits him. As Fallan upholds his views and role with pride and purpose. Wanting to lead a better world more open to differences.
