Ampere, still early on his journey to become the nine-tails, he's only passed the first gate of enlightenment, granting him his second tail. He's brash and confident, prone to reckless acts and tricks though when you get past that exterior that he hides behind, he just wants peoples approval. His name comes from the bright electric blue hair and markings, symbols of his electrical fox magic.
