Red. She doesn't deserve the care you are showing. If she treats you like that all the time, which is sure what it looks like, Cut her out of your life. Family is more than blood, and that is not how family treats each other. She is not family just because you're related.

The other foxes she's living with are more family than her Mom would ever be.

Might have not had it this harsh personally, but I get this. Actually my whole family line kinda had at least a little bit of this.

I'll be dead honest, I kind woke up really depressed, it's been a serious downer after downer through the last couple weeks, current events do not help. But seeing Red just having a struggle, having a treatment that I can relate to even if it's just a little, seeing her cry from it: it helps.
Not because I like seeing someone hurt, but rather it's very... humanizing? Just that idea of seeing someone struggling with something you went through and got used to while yourself is going through something different but equally hurts.
Everyone breaks differently, but knowing we all do, even in fiction, it helps make the tears not hurt as much.

So genuinely, thanks for this page.

Nyaw. I'm glad we can help improve your day, even just a little. Vixen Logic is a slice of life and life has its ups and its downs. You're never alone on this adventure we find ourselves on ^_^

I feel like I need to mention that as the day went on when originally I wrote that comment, went slowly from worse to out right tragic, ending with me finding out someone while not knowing her personally but was significant to me, died, and in a way that hit me somewhere really sensitive.

Again, this comic helped, just even a fictional character crying about life getting hard helped, it didn't fix it all, but in a weird humanizing way, gave me someone to cry next to.

So I wish I can go out of my way to give my appreciation for the timing of this comic, I needed it.
Once more, thanks to you and Foxboy for this beautiful slice of life comic. It made the pain flow through easier.

Yeah... I am pretty sure I know who you are talking about. It's been a very emotional week for a lot of us. I'm just happy we can provide some level of comfort amidst everything else that's going on.
